Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we do. We truly value your patronage and take great pride in the quality of service we provide.  If you have an error or defect in your custom Screen Printed or Embroidered garments, we will correct it expeditiously or provide a viable alternative solution.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
After you approve your final artwork, we will complete your screen printing or embroidery order within 5-7 business days (including Saturday) and ship the next business day.  We will provide you with the best delivery option in your quote.  Shipping time could be 1 – 5 days depending on your location and shipping option chosen. Rush service is available for an additional fee and can be chosen when you submit for a quote.

Do You Design Artwork and if so, what are your fees?
Yes, we can design your artwork. Our design team will provide you with several options that will capture the spirit of your vision.  Design charges start at $50.00 per hour (most 1and 2 color designs can be done in 1 hour).  The same charge applies to artwork that is not print ready (for garments at 300dpi in either a PDF, GIF, JPEG, or EPS file) and has to be recreated. 

Do you have a catalog?
Yes! You can view our online catalog.  If you don’t see what you’re looking for, send us a note and we’ll find it or a suitable option.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order for silk screen and embroidery is 24 units per order.  Some exceptions may be made.

Can I supply my own shirts?
Yes, you can supply your own shirts.  When you filling out Request a Quote, mark Yes for question four (4) (are you providing your own garments?).  We will email you an address to send your garmnets (CMS is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your garments).  We will notify you by email once your garments have been received (the production clock begins once we have received your garments and artwork is approved).

I am starting a company do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we do offer special wholesale and bulk pricing for apparel companies and large vendors. We offer lots of extra services that appeal to many vendors such as bulk fulfillment, bagging, packaging and folding.  For more information, email us and a representative will get in touch with you expeditiously.

Can I print on a variety of products?
Yes, you can print on a variety of products, including bags, Thermal Cups, Coffee Cups, Mouse Pads, etc . . .

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Certified Funds and Corporate Check (Limited Use).

Are my transactions secured?
You can pay for orders with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.
